I have a C225 indoor camera and I have the privacy shutter on when I'm at home. An important part of my security is that my family members are able to remove the privacy shutter with their shared account to check if they think there's a problem. I do not want them to just share my account because I also have a doorbell and I don't want this ringing on their phones. Does anybody have a workaround and when is Tapo planning to allow this? Txs

Hi,
The shared account is unable to turn the camera's privacy mode on or off. For the feature request, you can vote and share your comments on the thread "grant/deny permissions for a shared device" for evaluation.

If you are willing to share your account with your family but do not want them to be ringing when the doorbell camera is pressed, after they log into the Tapo app with your account, please go to their Tapo app > Me > Notifications > Management to disable the option for the doorbell camera.

Best Regards
