Unable to install firmware update on Tapo camera
I have got notification to install latest firmwares for all the above cameras but the update fails if i try to do on tapo camera app.
Im connected on same network as on cameras but still fails to install

If the same phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information.
1. What's the model number of your router? Do you have internet on your phone when it's connected to the same router as the camera?
2. Can you control the cameras in the Tapo app remotely?
3. You can enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset a camera, configure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can update the firmware successfully.
