Firmware Version: 1.1.8 Build 20240119 Rel 37701

The mesh network units crash down and devices won't connect to the network. Facing this problem very frequently. Have rebooted the network, main deco works fine but the additional decos crash after sometime again causing frustration.

how can we fix this?

Did the satellite Deco X20s turn flashing red during the disconnection?

It is suggested to refer to the following troubleshooting guide:

Fix unstable connection when connected to the Deco network(case 2)
