Tapo C500 Camera Getting Offline Frequently

Recently I bought a few home CCTV cameras including C200 and C500.
Before mounting them to desired places I have placed them in a common place side by side to test them for a few days.
The C500 cameras are getting offline frequently while C200 cameras are very stable. All are placed in the same place side by side.
C200 camera version is 3.0 and Firmware version is 1.3.14
Initially I thought that my home WiFi router might have some issue.
After monitoring for the last two weeks I realize that my home WiFi router has no issue and it is working perfectly fine for other devices.
Next I have disconnected all the other devices except the Tapo cameras from my home WiFi router. The issue still persists.
Everytime it gets offline I have to power cycle the Tapo C500 Cameras manually and within a minute they are getting online.
Initially those Tapo 500 cameras were getting offline after 15-16hrs, now they are getting offline within 5-6hrs since the last power cycle.
I tried to get support from Live-Chat-Support but this URL seems to be a chatbot and no use for me.
If anyone has faced this problem before let me know how you have fixed this.
I have update the Firmware in all the Tapo camera. 1.1.4
I have observed that the signal strength in all the camera shows -39 to -42 different times of the day.

OK, I changed locations, but the modem is less than 2 meters from the camera. The values are now between -50 and -51. The LEDs are always off when it goes offline; they never turn red or orange, and this has always happened to me. In fact, the camera still works and records properly, but communication with the app and the device is blocked. I found the router model; it's a HomeHUB4 supplied by Sky, version 001.

Hi @Solla-topee
I recently purchased two C500 and one C210 and one C310. Same issue with the C500s. Both are hw ver 2 and on firmware 1.1.2 Build 250326 Rel.61993n. No issues with the other two models.
The devices are visible on the tapo app for a while and then appear offline after a while. Both are visible on local network as I can ping the camera IPs. The only way to get them back online is to power recycle. RSSI is -50 for one and -60 for one. I already tried replacing my AP as well as moving closer to the cameras but same issue. I also changed the dns to 1.1.1.1. the power adapters are also the original ones supplied.
Can you suggest what can be done? I am happy to try any new firmwares if available.
Edit: i have a local NVR that accesses the streams via ONVIF. Both C500 streams are continuously available but the tapo app shows both as offline. The C210 is also connected to same AP, ONVIF link can be accessed locally, and also shows as online in tapo app.

Hi,
How often does the offline behavior occur? If it occurs less than once a day, you can try enabling the Auto Reboot feature on the camera's Device Settings > Reboot Camera page and check if it helps.
What's the MAC address of your Tapo C500? You can send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
Best Regards
