I'm experiencing the same issue with some devices on my network not appearing correctly. I have 5 TAPO C310 cameras; they show as connected in the app, but for some reason, the Wi-Fi signal strength isn't reported. When I open the TAPO Camera app, the camera view is extremely slow, but if I use Samsung's SmartThings, the view is real-time with no errors.

After a couple of decent error free weeks, my list of offline devices is growing again.
In addition, I have flaky connections to many devices.
And many devices do not know what Deco they are connected to.
All this began three days ago and its getting progressively worse.

One thing to try is to ensure the device you have the app installed on it not using a Rotating Private Wifi address. This is a feature of iOS16.
I set my iPhone 12 to a Fixed Private Wifi address and everything is working perfectly (for now).
Why TP-Link hasn't mentioned this is a mystery.

Forget that. They worked well for 20 minutes then clients began dropping offline and now three Decos are also reporting offline.
That's all from me. I've removed all the Decos from my hose and dumped them.
Cheerio all.

@SteveWex lol what do you mean dumped them? can't have been that bad surely. there was a firmware update somewhere to help with the decos showing offline if that's what the issue was

There is no beta firmware for X60 listed...

@delong91 I did, my mistake sorry. I thought the X60 was listed there
It's a lot of expensive equipment to just dump though, I'd try to make it work.
I actually am looking for an X60 myself so I do appreciate the warnings from users like you, but maybe either reset them, or revert off Beta firmware and go back to stable?
From what it sounds like the Decos showing offline doesn't actually take them offline, so you should be able to use them.

Everything is fine, that's why we have the opportunity here to exchange ideas. :)
Exactly, nobody is forced to install and try out the beta software. But it helps development a lot when lots of users use it and share their experiences. That's normal these days and is practiced by many companies. And so far I've only noticed minor "malfunctions", otherwise it's been stable for me. I'm very happy with the X60 V3.2 so far. The WiFi coverage is good and I get good results over long distances. That wasn't the case with the X50 V1.
I think it's a shame that the X60 V3.2 is so far behind the X50 V1. But it's still great that things are finally moving forward and we're getting new functions for the X60. In my opinion, all devices in a family such as Xxx or BExx should be equipped with the same firmware at the same time so that no compatibility problems arise. TP-Link still needs to work on this. The hardware is great, but the software and the various hardware revisions (V1, V2, V3,... with different software versions) are the problem. It would be better to release fewer different hardware revisions and invest more in the software, and to do so over a long period of time for all devices (like AVM in Germany (FRITZ!Box), but i like TP-Link Hardware more). That would only be fair to customers who spend a lot of money on the hardware and, in the worst case, don't get any updates with new features for their devices for several years. Only happy customers are happy to spend money with the same company again - a win-win situation for both sides ;)
