If you have another SD card, please insert it into the camera and check if it helps.

Hi,

An old smaller card works. Tested the evo card in my computer and it also works only not in the camera. Strange but solved for now.

Hi,
Glad to hear the issue is solved. As per the information I found in the below instructions, we do not recommend using the Samsung EVO card on our cameras.
What Type of microSD Card does Tapo/Kasa Camera Support?
