I can't view my Tapo C425 away from home.

You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot the reported issue.
What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
 

Please confirm the following information if the problem remains.
  1. The LED status on the Tapo C425.

  2. Send me(@Solla-topee) the C425's MAC address via a private message.
  3. Try to enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, reconfigure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and check if you can control it remotely after configuring it.
