  @David-TP   I tried  Deco E4 V2 - on - Deco E4(EU)_V2_1.7.0...

The third unit (connected wirelessly) does not want to disconnect from the main unit (although it has a very weak signal), while the second unit (statelit) is connected to the main unit by cable and is much closer and is selected as a companion.

  @Pandalorian In the deco apps go to the third unit > Connection Preference > set AUTO to OFF > then select which deco you want to connect to for the backhaul (ex: second deco).

I'm a happy now!!! M4Rv2 1.8.0 is out now and my problem solved!!! Thanks TP-LINK!

I have the same isssue as @Pandalorian, one of the deco keep connecting to weaker signal even if i already choose connection preference it still wont change.

Also my speed dropped a lot compared to before update. Tried almost everything and nothing worked.

@David-TP Any chance of M4 V2 getting the whitelist feature?

Just a M4 (2-pack) user who regrets buying it

  @ImtiazAli

Hi, I haven't received any further news about Deco M4_v2. I'm afraid it would still need quite some time.

Best regards.
