1. The 1.4.0 can't directly revert to the last 1.2.7 version via web UI and a firmware recovery is needed. -How to Downgrade Deco

2. Please make sure the Deco APP is up-to-date.

 Hi, As Deco firmware updates are usually rolled out in waves, some users might already receive the new firmware notification on the Deco APP while others might take longer.

Feel free to comment below on how the new 1.4.0 version works.

Has become unstable since this update. Homepods, Ring cameras drop internet but are still connected. Apple TV starts to buffer but doesnt continue loading (need to reboot to get it to work).

Have you also seen any Deco turn red during the disconnection?

 

Are the Homepods/Ring cameras and Apple TV all connected to the 2.4GHz band(Main WiFi network)?

-How many 2.4 GHz smart home appliances do you have?

 

Please also disable "Fast roaming" and "Beamforming" under Deco APP>More>Advanced to see whether it helps.

It is also recommended to turn off "Mesh Technology" for these devices:

Hi, Yes these options (Beamforming and Fast Roaming) are disabled.

I will try disabling Mesh Technology shortly.

 

I have 14 x 2.4ghz devices, and 3 x homepods.

It seems all 2.4ghz devices have come back online now. 

 

All other devices (phones, ipads, computers, etc.) still worked while these other devices were down.

The Deco light was green

Hi, which firmware did you receive via the Deco APP? I think you can try to manually update to the 1.4.0 version via web UI.

Did you purchase the HX710 Pro by yourself from the local market, or was it provided by the ISP?
