You can try the following steps if you can't Pan the Tapo C210 360°.

    1. Go to Device Settings > Pan & Tilt, tap the Pan & Tilt Correction button to reset the camera to its default position, then check if it can pan 360°.
    2. Manually move the camera by hand and see if you can pan it 360°. If not, check for any obstructions that may be blocking the camera's movement.
    3. You can try a factory reset on the camera and reconfigure it to check if it helps.
