Model: Tapo C320WS
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.5

Firstly, my C110 works perfectly; I can live view on the TAPO app and UniFi Protect.

Have another 8 C325WS that does not work :-(

I need help to investigate intense settings to make live view work; otherwise, i have to return all these cameras I bought.

They are all adopted in Unifi Protect, and Live View works well. HOWEVER, I receive the message on the TAPO APP, "It looks like you reached you device limit for playing this video."

Can someone please help or share a workaround?

Hi,
Tapo cameras have a limitation on the number of devices that can access them simultaneously in the local network.
1) no more than two devices can stream the camera simultaneously in high resolution.
2) no more than two devices can stream the camera simultaneously in low resolution.

Typically, if you subscribe to the Tapo Care plan, the service will count as a device in high resolution. One RTSP/Onvif connection will count as a device. If you stream the camera locally in the Tapo app, the phone will count as a device.

If you see the message "It looks like you reached your device limit for playing this video" in the Tapo app when streaming the camera, please confirm the following information.
  1. Is your camera subscribed to the Tapo Care service?
  2. How many devices stream the camera via RTSP/Onvif connection? In high resolution(stream1) or low resolution(stream2)?
  3. How many devices stream the camera in the Tapo app locally? (For example, the phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi as the camera.) What video quality have you selected for the camera in the Tapo app?

Best Regards
