What do I do here? My security camera was working just fine until I had to remove the Ethernet connection for a bit. After that my security camera does not get identified by Ethernet, or WiFi or blue tooth. Tried resetting camera several times, tried checking the 2.4 ghz to see if it working fine, checked the firmware updates, reinstalled my Tapo app. What else should I do? The Tapo devices in my opinion are too dainty. Same issue happened with my Tapo smart plug. They need to do better.

Hi,
If your camera Tapo C110 can't be configured successfully, please try the following steps.


  1. Please make sure your router's 2.4G Wi-Fi network is working. If not, please contact your router support.
  2. Remove the camera from the Tapo app. Press the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset.
  3. Reconfigure the camera by referring to the instructions "How to set up the Tapo camera". 
  4. If you fail to set it up, please refer to the instructions "What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?" to troubleshoot.
 

If the camera still can't be set up, please let me know the error message you encountered during configuration and the troubleshooting you did.
