Tapo C410 Kit Battery 100% Not Charging
Tapo C410 Kit Battery 100% Not Charging
Solar panel reported as not connected, although it was. Unplugged to run down battery to test but battery is showing 100% even though camera is plugged in and detecting for 5d on high performance.
Looks like a software fault as no battery usage reported.
Firmware is up to date. Any advice or support appreciated, thanks

Hi,
Please confirm the following information for the reported phenomenon.
1. After unplugging the solar panel from the camera, have you plugged in the power adapter?
2. Please go to the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Battery Status page and send us the screenshots of the Battery Level, Battery Usage, and Wake-up Times sections.
3. Have you tried to press the reset button for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset? Then, reconfigure the camera and check if it will work properly.

Hello
je rencontre exactement le même problème depuis 10 jours environ et j'ai fait les mêmes manipulations, également sans succès.
La C410 est actuellement en mode diagnostic.

Hi,
Thank you for providing the camera log. Based on the log, we found that the camera's performance was normal over the past week. First, the camera was charging normally at certain times during this week (if the camera was always connected to the solar panel, it means the solar panel works fine). Second, the average daily wake-up time for your camera is around 7 minutes, so the power consumption is not high. Given that the camera was charging, it's normal for the battery to remain at 100%.
You can keep monitoring if the camera is working fine.

Hi,
Thank you for your analysis.
However, the software's behavior is abnormal, and I've reported it to TP-Link France in a ticket (62960). If you don't have access, I'll keep you informed of their findings.Thank you for your analysis. However, the software's behavior is abnormal, and I've reported it to TP-Link France in a ticket. Bonjour
Cordialement
