Hi,
If your camera can't connect to your router's Wi-Fi, please try the following steps.
1. Press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset it.
2. If the LED is flashing red and green, please refer to the following instructions to set it up: How to set up the Tapo camera
If you fail to set up your camera, please refer to the following instructions: What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
3. If the LED is not flashing red and green, please confirm:
a. What's the model number and hardware version of your camera?
b. What changes in the LED status on the camera when you reset it?
