No recibo notificaciones
Hola
No recibo notificaciones, tengo todo habilitado para recibirlas, pero hay veces donde ocurre un evento de deteccion y no me llega, cuando voy a las lista de eventos veo el video de deteccion en la sección de memoria interna, pero no en la sección de nube pesa a que pago el servicio

What to do if I can't receive notifications with the Tapo Cam or have a delayed notification
Please confirm the following information if the same phenomenon persists.
1. Please send me (@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message.
2. Please turn off Wi-Fi on your phone and use mobile data, then check if you can control the Tapo camera in the Tapo app.
3. What's the model number of your router? Do you have internet on your phone when connecting to the same Wi-Fi as the camera?
