If you have changed your router, please factory reset the camera, and then reconfigure it to connect to the new router's Wi-Fi.
You can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot if you fail to set up your camera.
What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
Please confirm the following information if the same phenomenon persists.
1. What's the system LED status on the camera?
2. Please press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset it. Wait for 2 minutes; the system LED will flash red and green if you have successfully reset the camera. Then test on your phone, tablet, or laptop to see if the camera's default SSID appears.
3. If the camera does not have a flashing red and green light after reset, please send us the LED status changes when resetting the camera.
