Doorbell only wakes, records and notifies when within the tapo app and viewing the doorbell camera. All other times nothing (but for doorbell ring and record when pressed).

Notifications on as pop up and alert (for all 3 categories) with sound and vibrate.

Tapo app locked open.

Tapo app aways on top.
