Hi,
Typically, if the tracking feature is enabled on the Tapo C520WS, after tracking an event, the camera will return to the position it started tracking the event if no new event is detected for 30 seconds. For the reported phenomenon, please try enabling the continuous recording feature on the camera, then send us videos showing that the camera pans to the wall or starts fast pan events after detecting events for further analysis.

  2) After you download the requested videos from the SD card, please upload them to your cloud server (such as Google Drive) or YouTube, generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
 

How often does the reported phenomenon occur, such as it happens in every tracking, or it happens once in X times tracking?
