Troubleshooting for better audio quality of my Tapo camera
If the same phenomenon persists, we suggest emailing our technical support with the following information for assistance.
1. A description of the phenomenon you are experiencing and the troubleshooting you did.
2. The camera's firmware and hardware version. You can find them in the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Device Info page.
3. Is the audio quality on the camera's live view page good?
4. A video showing the reported phenomenon.
