@David-TP When I open the Deco app, it suddenly crashes whenever I try to view the details of any client. I’m not sure what kind of issue this is.
Additionally, I have set the MIMO channel to 40MHz, but it still shows 1×1 MIMO. Even after setting 40MHz, it displays 20MHz, which I don’t understand.
In this case, if 2×2 MIMO were supported, I could achieve much higher speeds. For example, I am using a TL-WR841N in repeater mode connected to my Deco X50 on the 2.4GHz band. All the clients connected through the TL-WR841N are using 2×2 MIMO and are getting good speeds, which I am quite satisfied with.
However, when using the Deco X50 as the main router, it shows a 1×1 MIMO connection on the same 2.4GHz band. I don’t understand why it does not connect using 2×2 MIMO in this case, and I would appreciate an explanation.
I hope these issues will be fixed in the next update of Deco X50 Version 1.30 so that such problems do not occur in the future.
I am attaching some screenshots to help illustrate these is

I'll check with the engineer how the wireless bandwidth, as well as "MIMO", was measured.
By the way, they might also be related to the mobile devices themselves. Can you check if I got all the details correctly here:

| Redmi Note 12 | 802.11ac/80mhz; 1*1 MIMO | |

Hi, is Deco X50_V1.3_1.8.2 the only Deco model in the Mesh system? Do you have any other models?
Please also make sure Deco is in wireless router mode, and the Deco App is up-to-date. (3.10.175 for Android+3.10.376 for iOS).
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.

@David-TP It seems to me that what is supported on X50 is not supported on X10, but if you bring some important updates to X10, I think it is possible to solve it.

I previously used Deco X50 version 1.30 (Deco X50 (US)_V1.30_1.3.1 Build 20251122). Currently, I have updated to version 1.8.2 Build 20260401 Rel.35041 (beta), and I am getting significantly better performance.
The new version is much more optimized compared to the previous one. Notably, there are clear improvements in traffic usage monitoring and overall network stability. Even when the 2.4GHz signal is set to 20MHz, I am getting much higher speeds than before—which I have personally tested and confirmed.
Everything is now working almost perfectly. However, if all devices supported 2×2 MIMO, the performance and speed would be even better. @David-TP
