@Ojos I am viewing tapo thru windows android subsystem on windows 11,have not had a chance yet to check all the uses of the cameras yet

Many people have pointed out you can VIEW the video stream via ip protocols through ispy etc but that is not the point. You cannot set up the camera that way and cannot view recorded material so it is NOT a solution.

Yes, you can use an emulator but that is very clunky and slow. A decent windows application is needed.

This goes for other tplink software such as tapo and kasa. 

Please, tplink, listen to your customers.

  @Solla-topee si necessita assolutamente di un programma per Windows/Mac ! È assurdo che dopo anni ancora nessuno abbia fatto nulla! È il punto non è usare il protocollo rtsp! Ma è tutto macchinoso! Per non parlare che ancora sulle telecamere non si può gestire un bitrate, fps, download di immagini da remoto! Ma siamo nel 2010? Dai! Aggiornate queste cam! Più smart e più funzionalità!
