My KL120 all of a sudden stopped emitting any light. It still shows up in Kasa and I can still controll it but nothing actually happens.

I have reset it to factory default once by forgetting in kasa and once by flipping the power on and off 3 times. No light flashes after each reset which leaves me to beleive the LED has gone bad. I successfully re add it to my Kasa but same issue no light even with dimming controls.

I sthere something I am missing or is it a RMA
