No Smart Firmware for P100 v1.2, smart actions not functioning

Dear TP-Link Support Team,
i just bought 4x P100 V1.2 which came with Firmware 1.2.9 installed.
After failing to implement any smart functions with the plugs i searched this forum looking for answers.
As it is acknowledged here V1.2 has no working firmware with "Smart Actions" implementation. The smart actions tab in the app is useless. V1.0 has functioning firmware.
My Question:
What is the ETA on a firmware update for the 1.2 Version?
Right now i bought 4 fancy plugs with a glorified timer function. Please let me know when they will turn "smart", so i can make a decision regarding sending them back to the vendor.

Hi, the firmware of Tapo P100 V1.2 that supports smart action has been released (version number: 1.4.5), but only some users will receive push notifications.
If the firmware upgrade is not available, please manually check the firmware update in the APP and upgrade to the newest firmware. (Click Me>>Firmware Update)

1 week later, still no response from TP-Link.
This forum is full of people complaining about non properly functioning smart plugs.
Personally I will send my plugs back tomorrow, ill advise anyone reading this to not buy Tapo P100. Change Brand and do yourself a favour.

@TP-Link It's an old thread, I know, but hopefully somebody from TP-Link will still read this ...
If the firmware for Tapo P100 V1.2, what about Tapo P100 V1.0.
Bought two of them just now, Hardware is 1.0.0, Firmware is 1.3.4 and smart actions are not working???

@gboelter Hello,
Tapo P100 V1_(US) _1.3.4 should support Smart Actions . I replied you in your another post, as your plug is offline for now, please factory reset your plug and reinstall it, make sure it could be controlled remotely , then try smart actions on tapo app.
