C200 not wide screen in HQ

For some time now, when you switch to HQ, the screen goes to 4.3 on the APP, in LQ its 16.9 format. Surley 1080P is aspect Ratio is 1920 x 1080, but the screen jumps to 4:3 when switching to HQ. Im using an Iphone, the firmware is uptodate, Hardware is V1, Does anyone have any ideas?

Thank you for the photos!
- Please check if you used any ONVIF software to change the screen ratio, if so please change back to 4:3 or 16:9
- Or you could try a factory reset on camera and reinstall that helps restore default ratio settings.

@Solla-topee I only use the App on the phone. I will try a reset this afternoon and report back, this is happening on both my cameras.
