Unable to set Smart Action with C110 & C210 cameras

Model: Tapo C110

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.1.12

For both my C110 and C210 cameras, I am not able to set Smart Actions. I can Add Condition e.g Trigger Time but then when I go and add a Task, all the options under that are disabled. Please anyone let me know why that might be?

I am using the Tapo app for my cameras rather than Kasa.
