tapo c320ws After receiving the update, I noticed a drop in video quality at night. I see low light sensitivity of the sensor. Before the update, I was happy. Is it possible to downgrade the firmware.

Even if you downgrade manually it will be updated automatically, so you don't solve anything sadly

@Sanitarul I have a low firmware. But I can't stop the automatic update. I lower the firmware manually, but the camera itself is updated to the new firmware after a short time. For this reason, low firmware is useless.

what firmware do you actially have? Mine is at 1.1.19 at the moment, just realized that, until now I was on custom 1.1.17:

I replied in your another post here.It looks like the camera image gets warmer under the lightening condition around the camera.
In Camera settings> Night mode settings> You could try Smart Mode or adjust other modes for the camera. We created a support email TKID220426629 to assist further since your feedback. You could reply to that support email for further help.

Thank you for sharing feedback with Tapo C320 image styling adjustment in 1.1.14 firmware, to bring better nighttime images to camera users, this has been optimized in the new firmware Tapo C320W in the new firmware 1.1.19 and later firmware. Please update the firmware for your camera to the latest version in Tapo.
Description: the style of image changed since Tapo C320WS1.1.14 Update
Model: Tapo C320WS V1/ V1.8
Fix/ Improvement: the camera images have been improved in the new firmware 1.1.19 and later firmware (released since April 2022).
Please update the firmware for your Tapo camera in the Tapo APP.
As the new firmware has been released for a certain time, this topic will be temporally locked.
