Cannot able add my tapo c200 in th tapo care subscription

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 2.4.62

Hi,

I have brought the tapo c200 V1 very recently and even I have purchased tapo care however, i couldn't find my device to my subscription.

Kindly assist me in resolving the issue,

So that I can activate my AI motion
