TAPO C200

I can't access my Tapo c200 by mobile data. I installed the camera and it works perfectly indoors, on wifi. However, when I leave the house, I can't access it with my iphone and on the 5G mobile network. It already includes DNS 8.8.8.8, but it didn't solve it.

3. Try to turn on a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset your camera, reconfigure it with a different phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and check if you can control the camera remotely.

@blbmsouza79 estou com o mesmo problema... muito chateado q preciso e não tem jeito de funcionar fora da rede local. Tenho uma c200 e um tp-100, a tp-100 funcionando normal a nova, c200 somente local, já alterei dns, desativei firewall, e nada.

I have the same problem since today, Many cameras are offline. I think it's a problem with the Tapo server

Hi,
If the problem remains, please make sure your router has an internet connection, try to reboot the camera, and check if it helps.
If not, it's suggested to troubleshoot by referring to the thread "[2025/05/10] Tapo Devices Show Offline in the App".
