Hello, my Tapo C210 smart camera went suddenly offline. The LED is not working as it's supposed to. My wifi is stable as is and I have followed the troubleshooting guide but to no avail.

If camera has been working before, you could try a factory reset as instruction below and set it up again on Tapo APP.
Can I know how about the Led on camera right now? After factory reset camera, can you see the camera broacasting Tapo Camera XX default SSID ?
