Firmware Version: 1.1.8.Build 220216 Rel.76024n(4555)

Hi,

   I was using beta firmware 1.1.8 Build 210806 Rel.39833n, as shown/supplied in ONVIF thread https://community.tp-link.com/en/smart-home/forum/topic/272140?page=2.
Recently my C210 upgraded to 1.1.8.Build 220216 Rel.76024n(4555), and now ONVIF streaming no longer works even if I drop the quality from 3MP to 1080P.


Can you suggest a solution that doesn't involve manually downgrading to the Beta version or find out what has changed between those 2 versions to break this?

Hello   @onvifuser 

 

As far I know the firmware is particularly to adapt to Hikvison NVR and solve ' language mismatch ' error, other than that it should be the same as the new official firmware. 

If still the same, can you share more details for ONVIF streaming no longer works, what  software do you use and its version, the error message, try to collect camera log, thank you.

  @onvifuser thank you for sharing the progress, glad to know factory reset help to solve the problem! Sometimes if there are multiples Onvif / stsp requests the camera can be overwhelmed, factory resetting helps to old settings on the cameras and make it work again.
