Update: Billy_Tan and HuskerBH, I am sorry and Billy is right, Data usage/traffic needs to be subscribed in the HomeShield.
Billy_Tan, As for the connection type on the Deco App, It should be fixed on the latest APP version already, and I have consulted with the engineer and he tends to think it might also be related to the software of Deco. Could you please also help me summit the APP log per link:https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/581574?replyId=1132466
Thank you very much.
Best regards.

@Billy_Tan HuskerBH, Hi, for HomeShield modes, the Online Usage data in the Monthly Reports is based on parental control profiles and you might need to add the devices into parental control first. It does not need a subscription.

@Billy_Tan Thank you for the good news! The senior engineers are also able to reproduce the same issue on our side and hope they could locate something and optimize it later.

Hi @David-TP
i don't think the view network usage by device is available. Previous version of Deco App, we can see which device consume how much on bandwidth at certain range of time.
On Deco App 3.0, even when we categorize the device in to profile, when we dive into the profile, you can only view only time for current day, if you choose different day, it will prompt you to Upgrade to Pro, choosing Week and Month view also prompt you to HomeShield Pro. The default view when we click on particular profile, only show Top Visited website, nothing else.
Please advice on how to view the bandwidth usege of each device that connected to Deco.

@David-TP The old app worked fine on my iPhone SE 2. But on the new one it didn't detect a Deco M4. I had to use an iPhone 12 so I could detect it. Could you check this please? Bluetooth on the SE was off, could that have been it? Thanks.

@Salehuddin, Hi, It might not be related to the Deco APP and you could refer to the suggestions on this link:
We couldn't find Deco. Something wrong with the Cloud service
GeminiSaga, Hi, I have an iPhone SE2 as well and may I know what you mean that "it didn't detect a Deco M4", the APP failed to find M4 during the configuration or something else? Maybe you can tell me more details or pictures so that I can test them as well?
Hawklord, Thanks for the feedback. I remember that the current firmware of Deco M3W does not support displaying the connected clients. Did you make you could it on Deco APP 2.0?
Best regards.
loripod, Hi, Thanks for the feedback about the device type and I would note it down first for further optimization. Some users share a workaround in case you are interested-- Edit the device name with emoji
