I want to set a schedule to change dimmer brightness without turning lights off.

This question was asked two times already with no real answer. 

I tried multiple things using Alexa:

1. Set brightness only (say to 50%)  - turn on lights anyway

2. Set brightness On AND turn power Off - powers off, but does not change the brightness 

3. Two step routine:

    - Set brightness On AND turn power On

    - Turn power Off - this command is ignored 

Honestly, the only reason I bought HS220 dimmer was this option.

Is there any way to make it work or workaround this issue?
