I've got two KL420L5 in a room. If I run the effect lightning on a single one it works fine.
If I run the effect lightning on them both as a group, the LEDs that are supposed to be off are now 100% bright and the effect is ruined.
It's not just the effect lightning. Any effect that uses dimmable or set to off LEDs, custom paint included, shows up brought white when grouped.

Sorry for the late reply.
If you wish to turn on two light strips to the same brightness, you could try to create a Scene for the light strips and see if that helps.
Add a new Scene
1. turn on KL420 #1
select a Preset color of certain brightness
2. turn on KL420 #2
select a Preset color of certain brightness
@Solla-topee No that does not work. Looks like a bug.
