H200 become silent "then" command not working - RESOLVED
Hello the become silent "then command" on an automation for the H200 hub to stop alarm ringing is not working. This is the same issue as LA1's thread with the title "H200 does not stop ringing after "closed and triggered" rules."
In my case the alarm on the hub is ringing and the automation I have programmed with the "when" command of turning a button clockwise with the "then" command of the hub "becoming silent" has no effect and the alarm continues to ring.
Please do reply on resolution as will have to return the products if we cannot stop the alarm on the hub ringing by using a device. Currently the alarm can only be silenced by directly using the Tapo app home screen via the alarm silence on the hub icon.

Hi
I have the same problem but I am simply using a Shortcut to issue the 'Become silent' command.
I have tried this when the hub is both silent and sounding and I get this error:

The 1.2.22 firmware was updated to my hub today which resolved the problem. The button can now silence the hub alarm using a "then" command. Many thanks everyone, excellent!
As an extra bonus one of my devices recieved a Tapo app update today which looks very nice!
