TAPO C310 WONT FORMAT SD CARD..

Memory card not working once full. Not able to format it. Your support page states" Samsung EVO is not supported on all cameras."  Should be clearly mentioned on the box or website.

Which cameras are not supported is also not mentioned. Looks like this is an issue with some other SD cards as well. So it's definitely a Tapo C310 hardware issue and nothing to do with SD cards.

Hi, 
You can refer to the link below to troubleshoot if the SD card does not work properly on the Tapo Camera.
What should I do if the SD card doesn’t work properly on my camera?
 

If the problem remains, please help confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. What's the model number, capacity, and format of the SD card?
2. Please refer to the link below to verify if the SD card is fake, and please send me a picture of the test result on the H2testw tool.
How to Verify Fake Micro SD Cards?
3. Please send me a picture of the error message displayed on the Tapo app about the SD card.
4. What's the model number and OS version of your phone?

 

Note: 
The Samsung EVO is not supported on all Tapo and Kasa cameras, and the warranty statement on the Samsung website also proves that this SD card is not suitable to be used on cameras.
