After a power shortage, I am having trouble connecting my c110 to wifi. I have two and one is able to be connected but the other one always says fail to receive IP address. My router model is asus rt-AX88u

You can refer to the steps below for a try.
1. Reset the camera to factory default settings.

2. Enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, reconfigure the camera via the Tapo app, and connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi.
3. If the camera can be configured successfully, you can try to reboot your router, ensure the special settings, such as access control, MAC filtering, etc., are turned off on the router, and then reset the camera and reconfigure it again.
