Thank you for the case report, and please help confirm the following information for this issue.
1. Please adjust the following settings and then check if the camera will work better.
1) Please go to the camera's Device Settings>Detection>Wake-up Sensitivity page, and set the sensitivity to the highest one.
2) The pictures show that the camera and hub are connected via a weak signal strength, please try to move the camera hub closer to each other.
2. If the problem remains, please go to the Tapo H200's Device Settings>Diagnostics page to turn it on, and then refer to the link below to collect the device log after the problem recurrence.
