1. Do you have a problem only when watching the cloud video recordings? If you have an SD card inserted into the camera, please check if the video recordings stored on the SD card are working fine.
2. Please ensure your Tapo app is up-to-date, uninstall and reinstall the latest Tapo app from Google Play or App Store.
3. Please let me know the date and time when the problem starts to happen if you still remember.

Our tech team was made aware of your case and has sent new firmware to your Tapo C510W, please try to update the firmware via the Tapo app and check if it will work fine.
