Tapo C220's mic noises
I've use the C220 for 1 month, and found out that its mic is so bad.
It's like the noise reduction too much, makes the recording misses pretty much important sound.
The recording is attached to this thread, please increase the volume to hear the noises!

The new firmware has been pushed to your camera, you can try to update the firmware via the Tapo app and check if the sound quality will be improved.

@Solla-topee I have the same problems as others with awful sound recording on the C220. I have sent you a private message with my MAC address but not heard anything back about updating the firmware. Please let me know. Thanks

The firmware is sent to your camera, and you can refer to the instructions below to update the firmware. Please ensure your camera can be controlled locally and remotely when upgrading firmware.
