@Mat74 yes. the image quality so bad outside the line. I think one of the lens cover is 'shrinking'..

@DrJeff As for me, the retailer asked me to fill out a form and post out the item for a warranty claim (I bought it online). I've read that it took a few months until it got fixed or replaced. so I just use it instead. since there is no way to fix this, I think there is no other solution than RMA.

Hi,
Different regions have different warranty policies, so it's recommended to contact local support to learn how to get a replacement in your region.

@adam90 I have 3 tapo c325 cameras. One started the black lines weeks after installing. Then the second camera started doing it a few months after. I thought they were defective so I'm in the process of sending them back and getting a replacement. Today I noticed the third camera now has black lines in the corner.
I thought the lines would be a minor inconvenience so I didn't do anything for a while, but they keep growing. Anything on the outside of the line become incredibly blurry. This is not a software issue. It's something going on with the lens inside the camera.
If it's under a year you can register each camera and then go through the RMA process.

I've had this same issue for months. This is my "secondary" camera in this spot, so I don't care about it as much, but just thought I would share how my curved line looks:

I'm also facing the same issue. For me the nearby support is 70km away. No I way to waste my time and money and courier this.
Tplink doesn't offer any pickup service in India.

Hello people, I disassemble a C325WB that has the problem of curved lines, the problem isn't caused by the lenses, it's caused by a liquid that Tapo place on the image sensor, the same shape can be see perfectly in the sensor and it's see when the camera turn on, and in theory that material should not move but it does slowly, most from the top to the bottom and the bottom corners, it's a manufacturing problem, so, if you have warranty, you should be used, but at the same time, being a problem that comes to the factory, change it for a new one, doesn't warranty that the lines will appear again. Greetings for all and I hope this message helps you.
P. D. Sorry for my bad english.
