I have 8 C100s that have all suddenly stopped working.
I have solid red lights on them all.
Shutter 'click' every 5 minutes.
All on the latest firmware: 1.3.9 Build 231019
My C310 works fine (front door)
They have worked solid for 2 years.
Some are very close to the WiFi AP
Is this firmware? Do you have an older version I can flash to?

forgot to mention, I have power cycled them and my wifi kit a few times now, no luck

There is no new firmware pushed to the Tapo C100 V2 recently, and the latest firmware is 1.3.9 version, I think this phenomenon has nothing to do with the firmware.
In this situation, please use a Tapo C100 as an example, refer to the link below to reset the camera to factory default settings, can you see any changes in the LED? If you have reset the camera successfully, the LED on the camera is flashing green and red.
