Tapo C520WS and Tapo C220, can't format the SD card
Hi,
I purchase a couple of security camera about 5 months ago and bought SD cards to insert in to record the stream. I have not been able to format the SD card or initialse the SD card in the Security camera. It says It cant format.
The models purchased are: Tapo C520WS x1 and Tapo C220 x2
SD card SanDisk Extreme Pro 256 GB & 512 GB (whithin range of max capacity of the security camera)
I have followed the instructions in this thread: https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/187008
And subsequently created this thread..
Installed the H2testw and scanned the card,
Please find below the result of the scan:

I cant find information n the hardware of the security camera, where would I find that?
Software wise both camera are connected and up to date with the latest firmware.
Is there anything I can do apart from trying to exchange the SD cards?
Thank you any help is really appreciated,
best regards
