Hi there,

I purchased 2 bulbs last year, July 2023. They were working great until a few weeks ago when I noticed they are no longer turning on and off as per the schedule I set. I tried resetting the bulbs 2x now, but issue persists. Firmware for both bulbs are up to date. Please help.

Is the device time zone synced correctly? <Tapo App -- Device Settings -- Device's Info.> If the smart bulb's internet access is restricted, connect them to the internet to synchronize the time first.

 

You can try delete the schedules and create a new one for testing.

 

Can you share some screenshots of your configuration here?

  • Time zone is sycned correctly

 

  • Already tried deleting the schedule and making a new one; issue persists
