Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.17

All of my cameras have ceased to record any video from yesterday 26 April 2024 at approximately 1510 AEST. Not a single event is being recorded despite all the notifications still appearing. I have checked all firmware updates, checked all detection zones, deleted the iOS app and reinstalled to the latest version and still no recording. SD showing in good condition.

Hi,

You can refer to the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Review the SD card Recording Schedule on the camera's Device Settings>Storage & Recordings page. What recording schedule have you configured?

 

2. Try to remove the SD card from the hub, back up the important files on your PC, insert the SD card into the hub, format it, and check if the camera will record videos again.
