I have bought 2 Tapo camera C70 and cannot set either up as I cannot connect to the device keeps coming up as not connected. Just spent 2 hours trying to get set up but no joy. Can anyone please help

Hi,
You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if you fail to configure the camera.
What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
 

If the problem remains, please help confirm:
1. The test results of the above steps.
2. The error message appears on the Tapo app when configuring the camera.
3. The LED status on the camera when configuring it.
