Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.9

Tapo TC65 CCTV not recording anything at night from 11pm to 5am. Detection recording is on. Same setting for 24hrs 7days a week but that specific time does not show anything. I know that It should detect and record something because I go out at around 1am to 2am. How can I fix this issue?

Hi,
If the Storage & Recording feature is configured correctly, the problem may be related to the Detection feature. If you go out at around 1 AM to 2 AM, have you received the motion-detected notification during that time period?
Please ensure the Detection types are enabled from 11 PM to 5 AM the next day, and you can enable the Notification feature to check if you can receive detection notifications when there is an event in the night.
