You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if you fail to control the camera remotely.
What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
If the problem remains, please confirm:
1. The LED status on the camera.
2. Send me(@Solla-topee) the MAC address of your camera via a private message.
3. Your network diagram, such as ISP—wireless router ))) ((( Tapo C200, and the model number of your wireless router.
4. Do you have internet when connecting to your router's Wi-Fi?
