Model: Tapo C500  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.3

When not connected for a while I have to tap the screen to update several times before the picture appears. Very annoying and frustrating. Updated firmware yesterday 17.06.24. No problem before the update. Simple sollution to this problem?

Staying on camera live stream screen for an extended period without exiting can continuously consume device memory and processing power. This may lead to slower loading speeds and app lag.

 

It's useful to restart the app regularly to ensure smooth usage. Additionally, always make the app is updated.
