i cant stream while on other wifi network or data

If the problem remains, please confirm:
1. The LED status on the camera.
2. The model number of your router.
3. Try to turn on a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset your camera, reconfigure it with a different phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and check if you can control the camera remotely.
