C100 and C310 does sometimes not stop recording
Hello
I have two different cameras C100+C310 + SD Card (Two different cards) since 1 Year now.
The recording is adjusted to record the whole day with motion detection.
This works fine, but sometimes it happens (1 time / month) with both cameras that the record does not stop automatically after a motion detection.
Then i got a record with hours and this will only stop when i do a reebot.
Sometimes its once a month, sometime its happens every two months. Sometime on the C100 and sometime at the C310. Tptally different.....
Both Cams have the latest update and of course i check the record plan. Factory reset was also done.
Some idea what causes this problem??
Thanks

Hi,
If you encounter the issue that the two cameras sometimes will record continuously recordings if you are configured to record the motion only, please confirm the following information.
1. What's the model number and capacity of the two SD cards inserted into the cameras?
2. Please go to the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recording > Recording Schedule page and send me a picture of it.
3. When the problem occurs, please go to the Tapo app > camera's Live View > Playback & Download > Playback > SD card page, select the date, and send me a picture of the timeline that shows the problem.

Thanks for your reply
Attached are the Informations.
Yesterday it starts recording at 5:40 because of my cat. She came in and go out of the room. The record was running about 4 hours till i stoped it by hand.
The Scheduler is configured at both cams for 24hrs and also both cams have 64gb Sd card installed. One Transcend 64gb (picture) and a SanDisk 64gb.
In this cam is the Transcend build in.
As this happens only once a "month" (only a feel) It could not be an wrong adjustment.
Hope this will help
Many thanks

2. Please refer to the instructions below to wait for the problem to happen again and then collect the camera log for further analysis.

This time it was a llittle bit different.
At 13:26 it starts recording, and record about 20 minutes.
"After" about 20 minutes, another event happens and this has stopped the recording after 1,5 minutes....

Hi,
Thank you for the information provided.
One more question, on the video recording lasts for around 20 minutes, are there motions detected all the time?
